Our clay faces
Our clay faces

13.3.26
The past few weeks we have been exploring the medium of sculpture and clay. We have investigated the artwork of Guiseppe Arcimboldo and how he used fruit and vegetables to create artwork - which we recreated using pancakes and fruit. Afterwards we explored clay and made our own clay faces!

18.11.25. In Art we enjoyed finding natural materials to decorate our fairy houses.

12.11.25. Today Haddon class enjoyed making bread and exploring Science activities at 'The Science Green Windmill' in Sneinton.

6.11.25 In Science Haddon enjoyed exploring and identifying different plants around the school and planting vegetables.

24.10.25. Haddon enjoyed PE practicing jumping in different directions.

Gymnastics and music fun!

Haddon have had a lot of fun this week, visiting the local gymnastics centre! We made some beautiful music using instruments to copy the sound of rain. We have also filmed ourselves performing a poem we created in English.

Haddon is a class of friendly, funny and hardworking students exploring new ideas and experiences as well as making sure key concepts and knowledge are secure. We like to develop our independence and have a variety of experiences in our local community and the wider world.
