We are an enthusiastic KS1 and KS2 class of 8 pupils. We enjoy learning and working together in our class team. We follow an exciting varied curriculum, which we are taught through whole class teaching, group work and one to one teaching. We are getting better at understanding and following our routines, which means we are happy and ready to learn every day!
The Bennerley Attitudes, help us to learn to work together and respect each other.
Our curriculum pathway is Stage 2 Engagement Pathway, where we are beginning to learn more subject specific skills and getting to engage with a wide range of topics throughout the year.

Wow! - what an exciting start to the year. Bakewell have loved settling into our new building and getting to know all of our new friends and teachers; our PSHE and RSE learning has helped us to do this positively. This term we have thoroughly enjoyed our space themed Blast Off! Topic. We have learnt all sorts of amazing facts about the moon, space travel, Neil Armstrong, the solar system and the planets. We have read funny alien stories in English and we had lots of fun acting out different scenes from the stories as we retold them together. We have enjoyed being creative with space themed art , DT and music. In geography and Beyond Bennerley we have started to use the minibus and we hope to go out on more trips including our gymnastics sessions next term. We had lots of Halloween fun at the end of term where we celebrated together with crafts, dressing up, Jenni's Trick or Treat and a spooky disco. We are all developing a positive work ethic which encompasses our Bennerley Fields school values and we're enjoying our learning in all subjects of the curriculum and are very proud of everything that we have achieved so far this year.
